Last updated: November 2, 2026 Tombi ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Anatolian Organics Ltd. at tombi.tr. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Tombi, a service that lets you connect your social media accounts (currently WordPress, Facebook Pages, Instagram, Threads, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Bluesky and TikTok) and create, schedule and publish content to them from a single dashboard. By creating an account or using Tombi you agree to these Terms. 1. Your account You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. 2. Connecting third-party platforms When you connect a social media account, you authorize Tombi to publish content to it on your behalf using that platform's own API, within the permissions you grant during that platform's own authorization flow. You can disconnect any connected account at any time from your dashboard, which immediately deletes the stored connection and access tokens from our database. 3. Your content You retain ownership of the content (text, images and other media) you create or upload. By submitting content through Tombi you grant us a limited license to store, process and transmit it solely for the purpose of publishing it to the platforms you have connected. 4. Acceptable use You agree not to use Tombi to publish unlawful, infringing or abusive content, and to comply with the terms of service of every platform you connect through Tombi. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section. 5. Service availability Tombi depends on third-party platform APIs we do not control. We do not guarantee that a scheduled post will always publish successfully if a connected platform changes its API, revokes access, or is unavailable, and we are not liable for such failures. 6. Termination You may stop using Tombi and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms or the acceptable-use section above. 7. Limitation of liability Tombi is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anatolian Organics Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. 8. Changes to these Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Tombi after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. 9.
